How deliveries work 🛵

Every delivery follows the same steps: Accepted → At store → Picked up → At drop → Delivered. Here's what to do at each one.

  1. Step 1

    Find a nearby order

Open Nearby Orders. You'll see confirmed orders from stores near you, nearest store first.

    • Allow location access so distances use where you really are
    • Pickup = you → store, Drop = store → customer
    • “You earn” is your fee for this order
    • Tap Refresh to check for new orders
  2. Step 2

    Accept the order

    Button: Accept order

Tap Accept order to take it. Only one rider can accept an order. If someone else got it first, it disappears from your list.

    • Not interested? Tap Skip. It only hides the order for you
    • Accepted orders move to My Deliveries
  3. Step 3

    Go to the store

    Button: I've reached the store

In My Deliveries the Next stop box shows the store. Use Navigate for directions and Call if you can't find it. Tap the button when you arrive.

    • You can still cancel the order at this stage
    • A cancelled order goes back to other riders
  4. Step 4

    Pick up the parcel

    Button: Confirm pickup

Check every item with the store, then tap Confirm pickup and Picked up.

    • Match the items list in the app with the parcel
    • After pickup the order can't be cancelled
    • Next stop now shows the customer
  5. Step 5

    Go to the customer

    Button: I've reached the customer

Use Navigate to reach the delivery address. Tap the button when you're at the door.

    • Call the customer if you can't find the address
    • Cash order? The app shows how much cash to collect
  6. Step 6

    Deliver with the code

    Button: Get code & deliver

Tapping the button sends a 5 digit code to the customer. Ask them to open My Orders → Generated Code and read it to you. Enter it and tap Complete delivery.

    • Hand over the parcel and collect cash (if any) first
    • The code expires quickly. Tap Send a new code if it fails
    • Only the latest code works

How you earn

  • • ₹30 when the store to customer distance is under 2 km
  • • ₹10 per km above that, up to ₹200 per order
  • • Paid to your wallet after the delivery code is confirmed

Good to know

  • • Keep location on while you work so distances stay correct.
  • • Steps must be done in order. If a button gives an error, tap Refresh.
  • • Never mark an order delivered without the customer's code.
